Yesterday: incredibly painful right temple headache.
Today: the "ghost" of the headache.
Late to work, thinking about the trip to Austin next week. Arrive Monday, leave Thursday. Since i'm never social at JCDL, i'm thinking of it as a true retreat . Hotel room has minifridge; the giant flagship Whole Foods is two miles away. I'm considering walking there Monday night, getting groceries & dinner, watching bats, walking back to hotel, and hibernating as possible the rest of the trip.
While i used to know folks in Austin, i'm not sure i do anymore. However, if Whole Foods and bats sounds interesting, or you wish to propose something for Austin Tuesday or Wednesday evening, feel free to contact me.
