I suppose the "nice" thing about having spent so much time with social networking yesterday is that there is nothing to read this morning.

I'm feeling a touch down, no doubt because i'm running "overwhelm" messages over and over in my mind to myself.

Messages:
* Eep, there's so much work email, you're dragging projects by not dealing with it all.
** I'm having a hard time defeating this one.
* Eep, meeting for business today and there's so much to review
** I read the newsletter, reviewed the minutes from last month, and found myself working on an advocacy post. I've zero idea of how useful these posts are. They trundle their way through various intertwinglings to Facebook and LJ, but i am not so persuasive or knowledgeable as to be anything but a reason to exercise a scroll wheel. I'll write about Columbia in July and then i plan to take a break as i get my feet steady as a member of the Oversight committee in my Meeting. At least i can say that i have committed a tiny act in increasing the link relevance of a couple Friends organizations today.
** i've now gone through the mailing list and some other reports to be prepared for the meeting today. I can't decide if i'm going to Meeting for Worship.
* Eep, library committee stuff is way out of control!
** as i found messages and notes i plunked them into the mind map.
* Eep, the house looks like an enthusiast explosion has occurred -- since reading The Enthusiast, that's how i frame how our living spaces are scattered and stacked with reading material and musical instruments and craft things and miscellaneous tech bits and cables and so on.
** I think one of the first steps is getting rid of the pink bike. Christine & i talked about this.
** I also talked a little bit about how i'm ready to do something.
** i could also get the laundry drying rack put up.
* EEEP!! It's Father's Day! Amazon had the DVD of Extreme Engineering's Twisted Torso construction week, so that was ordered and shipped post haste. I can call and say it's in the mail.
** Oh, hrm, that's next week. Oh well, so much for the next day shipping fee. It's done!

There are more, but time to fly to meeting for business....
